Administration Panel

ISPCare's administrator can manage any part of the billing system based on his assigned rights. Once logged in to administration panel, you're able to manage resellers, packages, pricing plans, accounts, users, prepaid cards, users generation, generate reports, ...

Users and accounts are grouped into resellers accounts making each resellers to have full access to his own accounts, packages and users.

Each reseller has his own balance which allows him to order more prepaid cards, generate users, add balance to any account from his own balance.

Administration Panel logs all actions and support searching in action logs. administration can define assigned rights for each reseller, staff, sales, ... members and watch over their actions. all staff can have access to the built-in ticketing system and get notification by email of all new tickets issued by users.
