Subscribers selfcare

Each Account in ISPCare is assigned to a contract which specifies for how long his subscription should be active, how much it costs depending on the package. You can assign discounts to certain combinations of packages and contracts, or even amounts of payments.

 

Account has full access to all his users and who shares the account balance, each user can have separate login information to manage his own services

Users can add balance, buy packages or features, also can use the built-in ticketing system to open new help tickets. or they can browse the knowledge base to find solutions to common problems
